Receiving a consultation does not transfer ownership of Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer’s original methods, materials, recordings, or intellectual property.

4. Client-Owned Information

Clients retain their rights in their own personal information, stories, photographs, documents, and original material.

Providing information for a consultation permits Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer to use it only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the consultation
• Communicate with the client
• Maintain lawful records
• Resolve payment or service disputes
• Protect legal and safety interests

No marketing right is granted unless the client gives separate approval.

5. Approved Marketing Content

Where a client approves the use of a recording, review, testimonial, screenshot, or consultation excerpt, the approval applies only within the agreed scope.

Identifying and sensitive information will be removed or hidden where reasonably possible.

The client may withdraw permission for future controlled use by contacting us through WhatsApp. Withdrawal does not make earlier authorised use unlawful and may not remove independent third-party copies outside our control.

6. Prohibited Misuse

The following uses are prohibited without written authorisation:

• Creating fake profiles or pages
• Impersonating Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer
• Misrepresenting an affiliation or endorsement
• Using recordings or screenshots out of context
• Producing deceptive edited clips
• Registering confusingly similar brand names or accounts
• Using consultation content to harass, threaten, defame, or blackmail
• Selling or redistributing consultation material

7. Reporting Infringement
