TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the website and marriage-consultation services provided by Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer, Karachi, Pakistan.
By accessing the website, contacting Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer, agreeing to a consultation, making payment, or participating in a session, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of the Service
The service consists strictly of general marriage-related advice and guidance based on the information provided by the client.
Consultations may be conducted through a combination of:
- WhatsApp text messages
- WhatsApp audio calls
- WhatsApp video calls
- Voice notes
- Other mutually agreed WhatsApp communication
The specific method, consultation scope, timing, and fee may be agreed directly with each client.
2. No Guaranteed Outcome
Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer provides advice and guidance only.
No guarantee is made regarding:
- Marriage
- Reconciliation
- Proposal acceptance
- Engagement
- Relationship continuation
- Matchmaking
- A spouse’s or family member’s behaviour
- Any personal, legal, financial, emotional, religious, or social outcome
The client remains solely responsible for their decisions, communications, actions, and consequences.
Payment is for the consultant’s reserved time, attention, experience, and guidance. It is not payment for a guaranteed result.
3. Not Professional Legal, Medical, Psychological, or Financial Advice
Consultations provide general marriage guidance and do not constitute:
- Legal advice
- Medical diagnosis or treatment
- Psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment
- Financial, investment, or tax advice
- Emergency or crisis intervention
Clients requiring specialised assistance should consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.
The service should not be used as a replacement for emergency services, law-enforcement assistance, medical care, or professional mental-health support.
4. Client Information
Advice is based on information provided by the client.
The client agrees to:
- Provide relevant information honestly
- Avoid knowingly false, misleading, manipulated, or incomplete claims
- Avoid impersonating another person
- Avoid submitting unlawfully obtained private material
- Correct important inaccuracies when discovered
- Respect the privacy and dignity of other people
Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer is not responsible for advice affected by false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the client.
5. Fees and Quotations
Consultation fees are not necessarily fixed.
The fee may be quoted individually based on factors such as:
- Nature and complexity of the matter
- Expected consultation length
- Communication format
- Preparation required
- Follow-up requirements
- Availability and scheduling
The applicable fee will be communicated and agreed before payment.
6. Payment
Payment is ordinarily made through bank transfer.
A booking is not confirmed until:
- The consultation fee has been agreed
- Payment has been received or verified
- The date and time have been mutually agreed
The client is responsible for transferring payment to the correct verified account and providing accurate payment evidence.
The client must independently confirm account details through the official WhatsApp numbers before sending payment.
7. Scheduling
Consultations are ordinarily arranged for a fixed date and time agreed by both parties.
The client should be available, prepared, and contactable at the agreed time.
Delays caused by internet failure, device failure, power interruption, WhatsApp disruption, or other technical problems may require the session to be paused, shortened, continued later, or rescheduled.
8. Rescheduling
A consultation may be rescheduled where there is a valid or reasonable reason and a mutually workable alternative time is available.
Rescheduling is not unlimited and remains subject to:
- Availability
- Reason for the request
- Timing of notice
- Previous rescheduling
- Consultant discretion
- Operational feasibility
A requested alternative time is not confirmed until expressly accepted.
9. Missed Sessions
Clients are expected to attend at the agreed time.
Where a client misses a session:
- A replacement session is not automatically guaranteed
- A valid reason may be considered
- The consultation may be rescheduled at Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer’s discretion
- Repeated absence or failure to communicate may result in cancellation without refund
10. Client Conduct
Clients must communicate respectfully and lawfully.
Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer may refuse, suspend, or immediately end a consultation where a client engages in:
- Abuse or harassment
- Threats or intimidation
- Discriminatory or degrading conduct
- Illegal requests
- Fraud or impersonation
- Deliberate false information
- Unauthorised recording
- Blackmail or coercion
- Repeated boundary violations
- Conduct creating a safety or legal concern
Where a consultation is ended because of serious client misconduct, a refund is not ordinarily provided.
11. Recording and Publication by Clients
Clients may not, without prior written permission:
- Record a consultation
- Screen-record calls or messages
- Reproduce consultation material
- Publish or repost any part of a session
- Share recordings, screenshots, voice notes, or private messages
- Use consultation content for commercial, promotional, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful purposes
Permission for one specific use does not constitute permission for any other use.
Unauthorised recording or publication may result in termination of the service and appropriate legal action.
12. Recordings Approved for Marketing
Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer may use a consultation recording, testimonial, review, screenshot, or excerpt for marketing only after receiving the client’s approval.
Sensitive and identifying information will be hidden or removed where reasonably possible.
The client may later request withdrawal of future marketing use in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Decisions and Responsibility
Marriage and family decisions may have significant personal consequences.
Clients are responsible for:
- Evaluating the advice
- Conducting their own due diligence
- Confirming important facts
- Seeking specialised professional assistance where appropriate
- Deciding whether and how to act
- Obtaining consent from relevant persons
- Following applicable law
Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer does not exercise control over the client, the client’s family, a potential spouse, or any other person.
14. Refusal of Service
Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer may refuse or discontinue service where:
- The matter falls outside the consultation’s proper scope
- The client requests illegal or unethical assistance
- The client behaves abusively
- Continuing may create a safety concern
- The information appears deliberately false
- A conflict of interest exists
- Appropriate guidance cannot responsibly be provided
- Payment has not been completed
- These Terms and Conditions have been violated
15. Availability and Technical Interruptions
The website and WhatsApp communication may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, internet disruption, platform failure, device problems, power outages, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Continuous or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammad Hassaan Sajeer will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, emotional, relational, financial, or opportunity-related loss arising from:
- A client’s reliance on consultation guidance
- Decisions made by a client or another person
- False or incomplete information
- The conduct of a spouse, potential spouse, relative, or third party
- A failed marriage, proposal, reconciliation, or relationship
- Third-party platforms or technical failures
- Unauthorised actions by a client or another person
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
17. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory right or remedy available to a client under applicable consumer law.
Where any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement will apply and the remaining provisions will continue to operate where legally possible.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and Sindh.
Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction established by law, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts or legal forums in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
The parties should first attempt to resolve complaints in good faith through WhatsApp communication.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, operational practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.
